The validity period of the quotation is preset to 3 months. If the customer has special reasons to extend the validity period, we can also cooperate as much as possible.
Pricing is generally a factor of six things:
- Dimensions (depth is the most influential measurement on pricing)
- Packaging style
- Percentage of ink coverage (how much ink is needed to print your design)
- Material (premium materials result in a higher price)
- Quantity (higher quantities = significant unit cost savings)
- Print options (options like White Ink or double-sided printing result in a higher price)

Shipment

In general, forwarder is specified by the client. If you don’t specify a forwarder, we can provide one for you.
When you order multiple items, we note that your jobs are related, but cannot guarantee that they will be combined for shipping. Due to proof approvals and the manufacturing process, there is a possibility that they will enter production at different times and possibly even on different production lines. If you have any questions about shipping on your particular order, pls contact our sales team.
Samples
It usually takes 7-10 working days to make the first sample. Each revision will take 4-5 working days.
Please provide your products and die cut to make a white sample.

Printing
Yes, we do. For printing pantone color, you must provide us the pantone number. And for the color accurate, a piece of color sample is recommended.
Offset printing for display unit and Flexo printing for carton box or postal box.
We offer three types of printing in-house: Offset litho, flexographic, and large format digital. Each type of printing has a “sweet spot” based on quantity and your overall graphic needs. We will recommend the appropriate printing process based on your project needs.
Design
Our professional services are mainly structural design and printing. We have not in-house image design services. In general, customers will choose to hand over the work of image design to the design company.
